EarthstOriez compiles, shares & preserves stories –
MYTH & FOLKLORE from HISTORY & HERITAGE
STORIEZ bear the characteristics of culture: history, folklore and customs of a people from which they originate. By delving into stories and traditions of communities, we can explore the similarities that run through our EARTH. Because the passing on of STORIEZ from history & folklore – mythology & legends – is intrinsically human, and something we can all come together to share.
EARTHSTORIEZ celebrates the people, places, the HISTORY & HERITAGE it meets travelling. FOLKLORE is a great way of connecting to a heritage, and an excellent way of learning about us – appreciating how we’re different and how we are all the same.
Everything here is based on our personal experience.
And those moments, when just for an instant, we feel close to the people and the meaning of a place. It is growing in the process – making the strange familiar, and the familiar strange.
Cultural heritage is in the food we eat, the coffee we drink, the clothes we wear, the religions we follow, the skills we learn – the stories we tell. We are fascinated with all things green – the natural heritage of a destination, collecting treelore, observing wildlife and discovering the stories that surround this creatures.
Welcome to our stories of wonder and every day travel life and get an in-depth look at the history, culture, and natural heritage of the places we have explored in over 10 years and counting…
